The NEPA Alliance is seeking applicants for the position of Information Technology Manager.
This is a full-time, salaried position within the Communications & Operations Division. The position is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the organization’s technology infrastructure through a hands-on, proactive approach and information technology management.
Key responsibilities include managing the health, security, and scalability of the organization’s network, Microsoft 365 environment, telecommunications systems, and physical office equipment. The Information Technology Manager will lead the organization’s cybersecurity defense strategy, including managed incident response efforts, while ensuring staff receive high-quality technical support and responsive user assistance. The ideal candidate is a blend of a strategic technical leader and a sharp, troubleshooting expert.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience. Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and system management skills. A valid driver’s license and a background check are required. Salary range is $70,000 to $85,000 DOQ with an excellent benefit package.

This is a full-time, salaried position within the Business Development Division. Responsibilities include providing internal operational assistance, networking with clients, providing technical, marketing and informational assistance to businesses regarding government contracting opportunities and assisting their expansion or entry into contracting with federal, state and local governments.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management or a related discipline and two years experience in private industry, economic development or government related purchasing or contracting or a combination thereof. Strong written, verbal, computer and interpersonal skills and a valid driver’s license are required. Salary range is $40,000 to $45,000 annually DOQ with an excellent benefit package.
