Notice is hereby given that the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance (NEPA), organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is seeking qualifications from firms for the update of the Long Range Transportation Plan for the Northeastern Pennsylvania Metropolitan Planning Organization and “Consulting Services.” The Consulting Services will be on-call, as-needed for a wide range of support services related to transportation planning, with particular attention to maintenance, updates and support for existing plans.
