The Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance (NEPA), organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is seeking qualifications from firms to provide Parking Study and Complete Streets Evaluation consultant services within a study area of downtown Jim Thorpe Borough, Pennsylvania.
