The Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance (NEPA) is accepting proposals from architectural and engineering services firms for building renovation and remodeling of the NEPA Office Building. A copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) packet can be found here. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, including Women, Minority and Veteran Owned Businesses, are encouraged to submit proposals.
