NMTC-based gap financing is offered for projects that will significantly improve quality of life for individuals who live and work in undeserved areas.
This workshop’s objectives include:
- Brief overview of NMTC / why and how the credits can be used
- Example projects and case studies
- Overview of the NEPA Alliance NMTC intake process to collect eligible projects for inclusion in our allocation request
