The Northeastern Pennsylvania Metropolitan Planning Organization (NEPA MPO) is seeking input from the public for consideration during the development of a Long Range Transportation Plan.

The Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance, as the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for a four-county region in Pennsylvania, which includes Carbon, Monroe, Pike and Schuylkill counties has initiated the development of a Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP). The LRTP will identify the major transportation projects, programs and policies that will serve the region for the next twenty-five years and will establish the vision and goals that will guide public decisions affecting transportation facilities, infrastructure and services in the region.

The NEPA MPO is seeking input from the public to help identify transportation related priorities and concerns for the region as well as specific project needs that can be addressed during the next twenty-five years. The NEPA MPO has established a website for this purpose on MySidewalk. Individuals are encouraged to visit the NEPA MPO MySidewalk website at https://nepalrtp.mysidewalk.com/ to provide input to help identify goals and projects for consideration in the LRTP.
