The Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance (NEPA), as the regional project administrator for the N.E. PA Defense Transition Partnership initiative, is accepting qualification statements from business development consultants. Selected firms shall participate in a consultant directory to assist in the development and implementation of market diversification plans. All respondents must be based in the U.S. Interested consultants may receive a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) packet at the NEPA offices, 1151 Oak Street, Pittston, PA 18640 or by contacting Kurt Bauman at (866) 758-1929.
Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, including Women, Minority and Veteran Owned Businesses, are encouraged to submit qualification statements. Sealed qualification packages will be received on a continual basis in calendar years 2015 and 2016 at the NEPA Offices. NEPA reserves the right to disqualify any or all qualification statements received.
