NEPA Alliance Business Finance Corporation presented loan funds to Mann Lake, Ltd in the amount of $580,000 from the Small Business Administration 504 Loan Program.
Mann Lake is an employee owned company and one of the largest manufacturers of wholesale beekeeping supplies in the US. Mann Lake recently purchased a $1.45 million facility using a SBA 504 loan with the assistance of the NEPA Alliance Business Finance Corporation. These funds allowed Mann Lake to expand their existing business to Pennsylvania and give the company a strong presence to access the east coast market. The expansion led to the creation of more than 32 jobs in this location, and they expect to add more in the coming years.
