After deciding to market their cryogenic processing services to government agencies, the owners of Cryo Tempering Technologies Inc. of Kingston, Luzerne County contacted NEPA's PROCUREMENT TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CENTER (PTAC) for guidance.
