NEPA PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM
Introduction. The Performance Measurement System is a reporting system jointly established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) and each local agency designated as a Pennsylvania Local Development District. Its purpose is to evaluate and better serve customers seeking help from Enterprise Development business assistance programs. Each fiscal quarter, NEPA customers are asked to enroll or re-enroll into the Performance Measurement System to be surveyed for many reasons, such as quality assurance, the impact assistance provided by NEPA's Enterprise Development Programs on company sales, job creations or job retention and customer satisfaction. The results of these surveys are tallied and reported back to the DCED for review.
