The Northeastern Pennsylvania Nonprofit & Community Assistance Center (NCAC) Community Awards was originally created 26 years ago to highlight programs and projects that are making a positive impact on the Northeastern Pennsylvania region. The NCAC Community Awards banquet is an opportunity to highlight the achievements of organizations in our region.

The 2008 NCAC Community Awards Program nomination application is now available. The nomination application is attached. Applications are due May 8, 2008. The NCAC Community Awards highlight programs and projects that are making a positive impact on the communities in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Entries may be submitted by nonprofit organizations, political subdivisions, chambers of commerce, industrial development groups, school districts, colleges or universities, social clubs, business or industry, media organizations, and other organizations involved in community improvement. Organizations do not need to be a 501(c)3 nonprofit.
