PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP RECOVERY PLAN
The NEPA Alliance, as the Recovery Plan Coordinator for Plymouth Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, conducted a Public Meeting on Thursday, February 17, 2005, at the Plymouth Township Municipal Building. The purpose of the meeting was to receive comments from the public on the Recovery Plan. NEPA has since objectively reviewed and evaluated the comments received. Based on the comprehensive review and evaluation of the public comments received, NEPA has revised the Recovery Plan dated February 1, 2005 and submitted the Final Recovery Plan on February 28, 2005. At their March 7th regularly scheduled Business Meeting, the Plymouth Township Board of Supervisors unanimously approved an Ordinance adopting and enacting the revised Recovery Plan dated February 28, 2005.
