Training and one-on-one counseling is provided for businesses wanting to explore the government market for possible contracting opportunities or for sub-contracting opportunities with government prime contractors. What agencies have bought products like yours in the past? Which companies have been awarded contracts? Finding the right answers to these questions are necessary to develop your marketing strategy and give you a competitive edge. Businesses of all sizes can get assistance to develop a government marketing strategy for selling to federal, state and local governments or prime contractors.

Our government procurement specialists can help you navigate government websites, registrations, solicitation packages, specifications and standards and pricing histories for thousands of NSN’s.

Certain small businesses are eligible for preferred status in some government solicitations. PTAC specialists can assist you determine if your company is eligible for any of these certifications and guide you through the steps necessary to secure them.

Our PTAC specialists can make sure that you are notified — on a daily basis — of all government contract opportunities. Bid Match searches are conducted daily and leads are sent directly to your company via e-mail. These e-mails link directly to your own personal page where you can view the newly posted bid matches as well as all bid matches posted in the last 30 days.

Many leads are provided with complete procurement histories referencing competitors, pricing and national stock numbers. This information is useful in determining bid feasibility and identifying competitors. If procurement histories are not provided –remember our PTAC has you covered with our very own access to a Logicom database utilized for compiling this information. Also, industry standards can be provided on an emergency basis.

The bid match database that our PTAC has access to is made up of bids from hundreds of sources, broken into several broad categories. Working with you, we are able to narrow down the types of bids you receive.

We have access to bid opportunities from city, county, and state agencies across the United States and to all bids published in FedBizOpps, DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) Bids from DIBBS-BSM (the DLA Internet Bid Board System) and other federal contracting opportunities including electronic bulletin boards and web sites hosted by federal agencies such as TACOM, NASA, NEECO, ASFI and the FAA.

Also through our Bid Match system, you will be provided leads from an international database which includes international agricultural leads. Also provided is access to MERX, the Canadian equivalent of the FedBizOpps database.
