International Business Development
The Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance (NEPA) has provided international trade assistance to Northeastern Pennsylvania businesses in its seven county; Carbon, Luzerne, Lackawanna, Monroe, Pike, Schuylkill and Wayne service area, helping them understand the benefits of international trade for more than 30 years. For 20 years, NEPA has been the designated Regional Export Network (REN), coordinator for the Commonwealth’s international program and act as a business’s first point of contact for international trade in the region. The International Business Development Program delivers services to promote the benefits of international trade and provides Northeastern Pennsylvania businesses with sound international business advice to help new-to export businesses begin to export and experienced exporters expand their markets. With this assistance, the International Business Development Program help businesses generate international sales to grow their businesses and employ northeastern Pennsylvania citizens.
