A Message from NEPA’s Board Chairperson and President & CEO………
The many businesses, local governments, non-profit and economic development organizations in Northeastern Pennsylvania support the economy and quality of life of our region. The goal of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance is to provide a quality menu of programs and valuable services that best match the needs of our partners and provide tangible benefits to our region. NEPA has added many new programs and services to help ensure the success of the above mentioned groups and to better meet the needs of our region. Professional staff and numerous volunteers work together to help support jobs and community improvements throughout the region.

The Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance has had a positive impact on the economic and community development of the region by utilizing the exceptional abilities of our professional staff to increase the number and quality of the services we provide to business clients, by providing valuable services to local governments, providing valuable services to nonprofit entities through the Nonprofit & Community Assistance Center (NCAC), striving to consistently achieve 100% customer satisfaction, providing support for the creation or retention of jobs in our region and by communicating the positive impact of our services on our region.
NEPA will continue to focus on the delivery of economic and community development services to the business community and we have greatly expanded our services to local government to assist the numerous municipalities across our region.
Whether it’s capital or technical assistance, NEPA will be here to support the many companies and communities of Northeastern Pennsylvania to help them grow, improve and prosper. So, whether we’re working to assist hundreds of companies in our region, working to strengthen our numerous communities or advocating for important regional and local projects, the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance (NEPA) will continue to deliver value to the region that we serve. And, we are also proud of the many partnerships which we have established with other regional and local economic and community development organizations to enhance delivery of programs and services and utilize resources efficiently.
Our staff has been actively involved at many levels in each of our seven counties. We are committed to continuously working to add new programs/services, improve the quality of those programs and services and our value to the region. With an eye to the future and through the continued support of our members, partners and regional community leaders, the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance will continue to enhance our programs and services to better serve the region into the future.
