NEPA Rural Planning Organization (RPO) Long Range Plan
The Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance, as the designated Rural Planning Organization (RPO) for a five county region in Pennsylvania, which includes Carbon, Monroe, Pike, Schuylkill, and Wayne counties, will be initiating a Request for Proposal (RFP) process for the development of a multi-modal Long Range Transportation Plan (LRP). This plan, know as the “LRP” or “2030 Plan”, will identify the major transportation projects, programs and policies needed for the next twenty-five years and will establish the vision and goals that will guide public decisions affecting transportation facilities, infrastructure and services in the region.
