As the Information Technology Manager, Michael Skowronski has been on the forefront of NEPA’s technological advancements throughout the years. Due to Michael’s efforts, NEPA's staff has the ability to communicate effectively and offer outstanding customer satisfaction to clients throughout the region. Michael's major responsibilities include the technological support of NEPA’s professional staff and ensuring that the organization is operating with the latest technologies. With Michael's many years experience at NEPA, he displays complete dedication and knowledge when overseeing all technological procedures that are involved with the organization. The staff's needs and client's requests are priorities when Michael is making decisions that will reflect how NEPA provides clients with outstanding results. Michael's technical expertise allows the staff to work effectively by planning and administering the most up-to-date information technologies, including software/hardware updates, database management, phone system configuration, and other technological and communication enhancements, which result in outstanding benefits for the region."When I started at NEPA in 1986, there were only two computers. Over the years this number has grown to over forty. The information technology capabilities of the organization have grown exponentially and I enjoy being challenged to find solutions to help staff work easier, smarter and more effectively. I continue to look forward to supporting the goals and ambitions of our organization and the continued expansion of our information technologies," stated Michael.

Michael has attended Luzerne County Community College in the Computer Technology curriculum and has knowledge in programming, network computing, web design/development, database management, numerous desktop applications and technology support.
