Performance Measurement
The Performance Measurement System is a reporting system jointly established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) and each of the seven Local Development Districts. Its purpose is to evaluate and better serve customers seeking help from the Enterprise Development business assistance programs.
Each fiscal quarter, NEPA client are asked to update their company profiles and complete a satisfaction survey to rate the services they receive. The data that is provided is used to evaluate the status of the company, potential growth opportunities and job creation and retention numbers. These results are then submitted to DCED for review.
