The Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance (NEPA), in cooperation with the Local Development District Network of Pennsylvania is continuing the Municipal Technology Assistance Program (MTAP) through an agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Through the MTAP program, NEPA is working with the Commonwealth to help bridge the technology gap faced by many local governments throughout our service region which includes: Carbon, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Schuylkill and Wayne counties.
