1. Energy Advisory Council
   In order to assure the successful implementation of our Energy Assistance Program, the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance has formed an Energy Advisory Council (EAC) to guide our efforts and provide expert advice as pilot projects develop as result of our program. The EAC will also assist us to:

   • Identify agencies, organizations and businesses that offer services, programs or funding that compliment our energy program
   • Provide referrals to consultants and experts as needed
   • Develop partnerships to best service our clients needs
   • Assist in the development and marketing of energy workshops and seminars
