Dave received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh and has offered his financial expertise to NEPA's clients for over 10 years. Dave's knowledge and customer service skills assist many businesses with the application and approval process to receive low-interest loans to help expand their operations, better serve their customers and improve their business assets.

Currently, Dave is a member of the School Advisory Board for Saint Peter and Paul's School, Plains. When he is not with his wife and two children or hard at work, Dave enjoys bowling, softball and spectator sports.

Dave has resided in Plains Township for 25 years.
