William P. Morris

William P. Morris managed the Scranton Electronic Commerce Resource Center (SECRC) Program at the University of Scranton with full responsibility to execute requirements of a Department of Defense subcontract in line with guidance provided by Joint Electronic Commerce Program. He also served as the Program Director for the Royal Technology Group (RTG), Center for Public Affairs, the University of Scranton. He provided guidance, policy and direction to the staff in identifying, contacting and assisting small and medium-sized businesses in the assigned region of the Northeast United States on DoD EC/EDI initiatives. Mr. Morris provided oversight on the establishment and maintenance of working relationships with other SME service and support organizations and DoD acquisition organizations. He previously served for five years as the Manager of Outreach for the SECRC.

Mr. Morris has over 34 years in increasingly responsible management positions in engineering, automation, manufacturing/industrial and overhaul operations within the Department of Defense at Tobyhanna Army Depot. He had received two Department of Defense Meritorious Civilian Awards and three Commander's Awards.

He holds a BS Degree in Physics with Major in Electronics from The University of Scranton.
