Nonprofit organizations provide critical services and programs that fulfill the needs of families, individuals and communities throughout the region. Since our nonprofits rely on grants and donations to sustain their missions and services, it is critical that they maintain the proper checks and balances to achieve transparency, credibility and trust from the community and their supporters. This seminar will highlight best practices to avoid and discourage fraud and abuse in the nonprofit sector through internal controls, procedures and policies.
