NEPA Alliance is seeking bids for interior ADA improvements to their Oak Street office. Sealed bids will be received by NEPA Alliance at their office, 1151 Oak Street; Pittston PA 18640, until 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, February 8, 2017.

Sealed bids will opened at NEPA Alliance’s office at the above mentioned address at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, February 8, 2017. Bidders and other interested parties may attend the bid opening.  Bids will be reviewed in-depth by NEPA Alliance and DxDempsey Architecture following the bid opening.

Contract drawings and documents may be review at the office of the Architect, DxDempsey Architecture; 321 Spruce Street Suite 407; Scranton PA 18503; Phone: 570-961-3647; between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.  Primary Bidders may secure electronic contract documents at no cost, beginning at 12:00 Noon on January 11, 2017.  Printed documents can be made available upon request, and are to be picked up and paid for by the interested Bidder at Steamtown Blueprint, 308 Penn Ave; Scranton PA 18503; Phone: 570-961-1315.

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in accordance with the project specifications, in the amount of ten percent of the total bid amount. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes plainly marked on the outside: BID – NEPA ALLIANCE ADA IMPROVEMENTS and mailed or delivered to NEPA Alliance’s office before the hour and date above specified.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 18, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Project Site. Questions may be submitted by email to the architect, Michele Dempsey,

NEPA Alliance reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.

Interested Bidders should also be aware of the Invitation to Bid for another NEPA Alliance project that may run concurrent to this one called “NEPA ALLIANCE COSMETIC UPGRADES”.
